The Undergraduate Capstone Research Oral Presentations for the current semester are scheduled to take place on December 18, 2026 (Friday). The presentations for the Spring 2027 semester are scheduled for June 4, 2027 (Friday).

Students who plan to enroll in the "Capstone Research" course in the Spring 2027 semester must submit the "Capstone Research Advisor Consent Form," signed by their academic advisor, to the Department Office by 5:00 PM on December 31, 2026 (Thursday).

Students who wish to enroll in the "Capstone Research" course in the Spring 2027 semester but have not yet found an academic advisor should check the box labeled "□ I have not found an academic advisor and would like to request an advisor assignment through a lottery conducted by the Department Office" on the consent form. The completed form must be submitted to the Department Office by 5:00 PM on December 31, 2026 (Thursday) so that the Department can arrange the subsequent advisor assignment lottery.

Students are reminded to pay close attention to the submission deadline and complete all required procedures on time.
