Look up your student ID number first, then familiarize yourself with your student email and the login procedures for University systems.
Look Up Student ID NumberUpload the required enrollment information, complete registration data, and submit the information needed for your student ID card. For Academic Year 115 students admitted through the distribution admission channel, the deadline for uploading the front and back of the ID card and proof of education has been extended to Aug. 27 because the placement results were released later this year. Students admitted through other channels should follow the deadlines announced for their admission category.
Start Online EnrollmentThe University does not mail separate payment notices. According to the Academic Year 115 calendar, Sept. 7 is the University-wide registration date and tuition payment deadline.
Tuition Payment PortalWhether you plan to live in a dormitory or not, follow University instructions and use the housing system to apply for or cancel accommodation.
Student Housing SystemUndergraduate new students are invited to the Department session in Humanities and Social Sciences Building II, Room B109. The Department will introduce NDHU Economics and provide boxed bread meals.

Online Registration SystemGraduate new students must complete verification of original academic credentials and related documents according to University and Department requirements. Follow Department Office instructions for the actual submission procedure.
View University New Student InformationGraduate tuition and fees include the basic tuition-and-fee charge and credit fees. If add/drop changes result in additional credit fees, remember to complete the later supplemental payment.

We recommend checking your curriculum regulations first, then the courses actually offered this semester, and only then entering the online course selection system. After initial selection, check your results again. If you still need to adjust your courses, use the add/drop period and, when necessary, the course add authorization procedure.

Before your first course selection, confirm the curriculum and regulations for your master's or Ph.D. program.
Graduate study goes beyond coursework and gradually extends into research and academic activities.
After graduate new student initial selection, check your results again. You may adjust courses during add/drop; if a special enrollment need remains, follow the University's course add authorization procedure.

These are not complicated administrative rules, but they are often the small practical details that confuse new students most.
For some courses, instructors send handouts to Ungon Design and Print for students to collect or copy. It is located on the 2nd floor of Humanities and Social Sciences Building I. Whether payment is required and when materials are available depend on your instructor's announcement.
Check the title and edition specified by your instructor before buying. Some course books are available at the campus Liwen Bookstore, and some imported textbooks may be ordered in bulk by the class. Instructors may also place important materials on Course Reserves for limited-time borrowing at the first-floor Library service desk during the semester.
In addition to the Library, NDHU has the Duorong Study Center and Jixian Study Center. Duorong is suitable for individual study and group discussion; Jixian is normally open 24 hours. Check student ID access requirements before use.
Stationery, convenience stores, and daily necessities are available on campus. Shops and opening hours may change during semesters and vacations, so check the latest Campus Shops information.
DIGITAL CAMPUS
Student email, Wi-Fi, dormitory internet, licensed software, printing, and electronic resources are campus services you will use very soon.
Yes. University notices and many information services use your student account, so make a habit of checking it regularly.

For dormitory network setup, IP applications, or connection problems after move-in, start with the Student Dormitory Network instructions.
Before buying software yourself, check the University's licensed software resources, including Windows, Office, and other applications.
The Library provides printing, photocopying, and scanning services. Currently enrolled students also receive a free printing quota each academic year.
The Library is much more than a place to borrow books. Make use of electronic resources, interlibrary services, and librarian assistance.
