To help students strengthen their foundational knowledge through self-directed learning and supplementary study using digital resources, the Department of Economics offers the "Digital Self-Learning Program for Foundational Subjects" and recommends selected online courses for independent learning.
This program is intended for the following students:
1. Application Procedure
Students interested in participating in this program must complete their digital self-learning activities by November 13, 2026, and submit the "Application Form for Recognition of Digital Self-Learning Outcomes."
If the digital learning platform provides a certificate of course completion or proof of learning hours, students should upload the relevant supporting documents when submitting the application form. If the platform does not provide such documentation, students must participate in the "Learning Outcomes Assessment" organized by the Department on November 20, 2026.

The Learning Outcomes Assessment will be conducted according to the subjects and course content selected by each student. Students who achieve a score of 60 or above will be considered to have passed the assessment. The assessment schedule, venue, question formats, and procedures will be announced after the list of participants has been confirmed. Students who are required to participate in the assessment should reserve time on November 20 and pay attention to subsequent announcements and notifications.
4. Gift Voucher Incentive
After their digital self-learning outcomes have been officially recognized, students may apply for a NT$500 gift voucher incentive in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University's Center for Teaching Excellence.
