Curriculum Requirements

Minimum graduation credits, key curriculum regulations, and the official curriculum query system for the Ph.D. International Track.

Important Regulations
  1. Students might apply for credit(s) waiver if they have taken those listed courses in the degree program before they are admitted by the department.
  2. Students have to pass the required course on ethics of academic research during the first enrolled year, according to "Guidelines for Academic Research Ethics Education Course" of the National Dong Hwa University.
  3. Students having an academic advisor must take Independent Study (I) and (II) courses, each for two semesters.
  4. In accordance with regulatory updates, the "Seminars in Special Topics" offered by our department is considered interchangeable with "Seminars in Special Topics (I)" and "Seminars in Special Topics (II)", and vice versa.
  5. Students must take "Seminars in Special Topics" for two semesters.
